  基于“营养-肠道菌群-生理机能”轴理论的改性膳食纤维对高发代谢性疾病的防治作用研究

  参与完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金,山东省重点研发计划和中国科学院前沿科学重点研究项目等6项,以第一作者发表论文5篇,其中SCI期刊5篇,SCI引用45次。申请专利1项。
